What is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee varies according to where you want to ship the books. When you proceed in your online order and before you confirm, you will be given an invoice with the shippment fee.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Transit time is typically 1-3 days inside Cairo and 5-7 days outside Cairo (weekends, holidays and order processing time not included).

Can I cancel or change my order?

In the case of payment by Visa, you can’t cancel your order but in the case of payment per delivery, you can cancel or change your order only in the first day or the purchasing duration (order processing day is not included).

You will be contacted before delivering the order to make sure of the address details and that you are available to receive the order on the delivery date.
